Dog
Or horse ...
Thee can change thy spots
Learn new tricks
Lead thyself to Water—as well as
Inspire thyself to drink from THE WELL.
Which well?
The dark well of fear—OR
The empowering well of knowledge
The bright well of insight
The deep well of self awareness
The heartfelt well of love
The soulful well
Where
Understanding
Compassion
Forgiveness
Empower friendships
To walk the walk
Along the path
Where generosity of spirit
Leads each one toward healing
Though these choices are as old as Father Time, two babes in the wood, such as Joseph and Annie, had no clue that within the narrow focus of personal perception, they'd choked on fear, thus strangling love as a pair.
If Interpersonal Communications 101 had been a required course in junior high then two insecure, young hearts might have had a swell time playing spin the bottle at their first boy and girl party ... oh WELL ... water, water, everywhere but with defensive blinders in place, neither spied a drop to drink. When seen through dark lenses clear water looks like ink, or better yet, seen through dark lenses, love looks like fear or even—shudder the thought—hate.
