1414F ON THE RUNWAY READY FOR TAKE OFF

Over these past several weeks, my mind has been so deeply absorbed in processing the negatively focused nature of our nation's contra-productive election campaigns, which catalyzed such an abundance of suppressed anger to erupt from coast to coast that I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving!  If ever time was ripe to feel thankful for family and friends with whom we celebrate the good times and who buoy our sense of courage with well-balanced, compassionate support when trying times demand the emergence of inner strengths, that time is now.
With positive focus being my mind's greatest ally, I believe that, given time, we'll witness intelligence win this war of wills, which, far from being over, continues to stimulate the divisive nature of our nation's populous to fully emerge, thus opening more eyes than ever before to leadership's responsibility to identify exactly which attitudes have been in need of change for the better during the past few decades in which ME ME ME mentality has seen the strengths, inherent within our nation's founding principles, slide into decline.
As my personal quest to quietly and determinedly work to absorb and understand the after effects of one of the most harrowing periods of my childhood has offered me insight into both sides of my nature, I choose to spend as much time as possible with Ravi, whose joyful laughter and naturally funny antics prove so contagious as to buoy my spirit while my mind continues to identify and exorcise subconscious fears that had undermined my host of personal strengths, and now that our sweltering summer has passed, day by day, into fall, our desert climate is, once again, conducive to swinging on swings at the park, so that's where we're likely to be seen whenever Ravi and I, enjoying a play date, awaken from our afternoon nap.

And now, with thoughts of ending today's post on an upswing, here is Ravi, whose body language encourages everyone she meets to—Stop in the name of love—Be happy, don't worry—because each time our spirits remember to place our faith in each other's kind-hearted smarts, the sun comes out, if not today, then tomorrow ... which is only a day away!
BTW, Ravi's favorite show is Dancing With The Stars, and as children's minds and bodies are too energized to sit quietly and watch, our active bundle of joy jumps up as soon as the band starts to play; then, as is true of children the world over, she learns by mimicking everything adults do and say, which is why her eagerly-absorptive-two-year-old mind copies every dance step she sees on TV until the music stops and the applause begins, at which time she points to each of us and says 'do it', so of course, feeling utterly charmed, we comply, and every spirit in the room can be seen clapping and laughing as joyfully as is true of this innocent child, whose free spirited, sparkling blue eyes can be seen casting fairy dust, creating magic spells, connecting loving smiles, heart to heart, as naturally as her own sweet smile conveys beaming sensations of warmth straight from the core of her innocent soul. (Note Stessa's patriotic sense of fashion, conveying the fact that 'her' message of love (which strengthens when we truly embrace attitudes of mutual respect) was snapped on Election Day, the results of which blew many a mind, inclusive of mine, which is why I had need to pen this post, which has cleared my runway of any negativity that might have caused my high flying spirit to crash head on into run-away thoughts, fueled by deeply suppressed fears, and having consciously rebalanced my think tank, tis time to ready my whole self to dance in celebration of the music of love along with family and friends, who have been invited to come together, this afternoon, to make up the circle of friendship, based in mutual respect, which will encourage the spirits of a happy bride and groom to take flight into the great unknown, hand in hand, as two unique individuals approach the first day of their wedded life as each other's best friends.
