721 GAINING INSIGHT INTO CONTROLLING MOTHER NATURE'S GIFT OF COMPELXITY—WHEW! :)

if at some point in time
your ‘perfect’ family picture surprises you
by exposing its underbelly
it may be wise to take steps toward personal growth

though certain aspects of self discovery may prove difficult
whatever you uncover about yourself or a loved one
may be necessary to accept before
your sense of inner peace can feel at ease, again

as perfection proves a figment of imagination
my blog speaks of mustering
patience, courage, fortitude
until deeper truth and bigger pictures emerge from within

as perfection is a figment of everyone’s imagination
i speak of our need
to reset emotional compasses to neutral
for this reason:

resetting emotional compasses to neutral
proves necessary if we are to maintain
a well balanced course on life’s positively focused but
wind swept path, where ...

everyone who cares deeply for one another
seeks insight into that which
creates a better tomorrow ...
tomorrow, tomorrow ... a day away ... for all concerned :)

when something feels amiss
but you’re not sure what it is
it’s wise to expect
the need for mental re-adustment to leap out and ...

bite into your sense of well being
just as unexpectedly
as certain insights tend to
feel biting to me

if at those times when a sense of confusion

hits hard, you choose to reach out

and deposit your thoughts, concerns and questions

into comment box found at end of each post ...

please know full well that

your friend Annie will take the time to quietly

listen, absorb and think deep

before she responds with suggestions concerning

attitudes, which may be in need of conscious re-adjustment before

lasting change for the better begins to shape up, step by step

then, in addition to listening and offering food for thought

Annie may remind you that

change may tax your comfort zones until you can see

an invisible safety net set firmly in place

which will catch any of your vulnerabilities

that have the nerve to sneak out

this safety net, lined with patience and fortitude

is set in place so that each one can freely choose

his or her moment of readiness, which allows

leap of faith time to emerge from within ...

no hurried-up fearsome flurries to be seen for this reason:

every emotion arising from within you

emerges for sound reason ...

so, please pay attention to each honest feeling

that tosses aside your defense system’s pretense

that perfection exists ...

You see, as honest emotion emerges, each serves as this signal:

Mother Nature has deemed it time to identify

emotion anesthetized for quite a while, deep within you, in hopes

that you may gain awareness into a narrow mind set in need of

expansion, because as mental stress arises, you may be ready

to identify a belief, which has been wandering off the true path

every more deeply into a maze of your imagination’s making and

presently you’ve developed sufficient inner strengths necessary

to take a leap of faith, leading you away from yesterday’s

pretense of perfection toward today’s

courageous acceptance of whatever challenge life’s complexity

is offering your think tank to handle, next  ...

and in this way are long range goals, which

seem just out of reach, achieved

once your love for others embraces human vulnerability fearlessly

family bonds strengthen enough to withstand

the winds of unexpected change which

tend to blow in upon the coat tails of unexpected, monumental events

and as an amazing bonus, guess who benefits most from

your expanded ability to love, accept and forgive past transgressions

in healthy whole/some ways? ... every fortunate little peep

who reaps the reward of your time ...

how do I know this to be true?

I feel it in my bones for this reason:

each time I sit down to pen a post, which

inches the story of my life further along

Jiminy sits on one shoulder ...

Socrates on the other ...

and with the spirit of Shakespeare perching lightly on my head

trains of thought like this next one, flow so freely and naturally

out of my mind that i can’t help but conjure up God

Speaking wisdom to moses from the burning bush, you see ...

this trilogy of voices sings to me along with an entire

choir of authors, whose chanting of classic truths is

music to this avid reader’s ears ...

and in this way does wisdom, filtering down through the ages

filter into posts that your friend, Annie feels compelled to pen

in hopes of inspiring awareness to awaken within

you and you and you, who choose to hold hands and

circle left with everyone who, along with me, calls

this wondrous, wide, wide world of ours—home
