591. BARING WHISPERS OF FEAR ...

If you are human, your brain, like mine, is enriched with the potential to deepen your understanding of emotional reactiveness by developing trains of thoughts, flowing with insight, which serve to conjoin your subconscious and conscious sides of your mind.  The more you understand, concerning both sides of your nature, the more easily you'll transform spontaneous reactiveness into reactions that achieve illusive goals.

From now on, you can monitor your degree of reactivness by reflecting more deeply over each frustrating situation in hopes of identifying details, missed in the moment, which may emerge from memory after waves of emotional stimulation calm down.

As you begin to consciously identify moments of reflection when subconcious insight is whispering to you from behind your own defense wall, you'll be more apt to consider the validity of a thought such as this:  The most vital insights are those that expose fears, lurking within the dark side of your mind, which you hide from ... Yourself.

You see, that which you fear and can not bear to know about yourself is what you must work to bare, most of all before inner conflict can give way to a lasting sense of peace of mind ... Finally!.

And speaking from experience, developing the courage and patience to achieve peace of mind that lasts longer than a day is worth the work!
Your friend through thick and thin ... time and again ...
