I am beginning the New Year feeling truly blessed in the book of life ...
Dr. Ravi, my Houston oncologist, believes my surgery to have been so successful as to determine that additional chemo is unnecessary, as of right now.🙋🏻♀️🥰
In turn, I thanked him profusely for being one of the brilliant physicians who literally saved my life. And I felt deeply gratified at his response: The calm with which you and your husband approached each crucial step, over this past difficult year, has contributed to the success of your surgery more than you know.
Throughout our heartfelt conversation, it was obvious that Dr. Ravi, Sudha (his PA), Will and I were elated.
