Our precious Ravi, separated from us for many months by the Arcadia door, stands on our patio, repeatedly, staring into our house, acting cutesy crazy while trying to finesse how best to get inside before Covid is vanquished (most likely, many months from now), so she and Gramma and Papa can really play, together, no glass barriers limiting our mutually creative sense of fun ... sigh.
As for me, other than hospitals and doctors offices, I’ve been nowhere since March, except for those times when I’m alone on our patio swing, catching fresh air and rays until sweltering heat drives me back inside.
Now that my energy is slowly on the rise while soaring temps begin to dive, we’ll eagerly welcome friends to relax on our patio’s well-padded, super comfy, swiveling rockers, and being that adults sit happily while engaging in mutually pleasing conversation, our friends will feel no pressing need to push their noses against our glass door ala Ravi styleπ©π»❤️
(Cute photo of Ravi with nose pressed against glass separating us refuses to post—grrrr)
By jove! I didn’t give up! And now, I’ve got it!ππ»♀️π₯°
